Dongke Semiconductor Launches DK5V60R10VP Synchronous Rectifier IC with Integrated 60V 10mΩ Power NMOS

2026-09-02 · Compiled by Best IT Parts from public industry reporting

Dongke Semiconductor has expanded its integrated synchronous rectification portfolio for flyback power supplies — USB chargers, adapters, and LED drivers — with the DK5V60R10VP in an SOP-8 package. The chip integrates a 60V power NMOS with 10mΩ on-resistance, replacing conventional Schottky rectifier diodes to reduce secondary-side conduction losses and temperature rise while improving conversion efficiency. It supports 85-265VAC input with a typical 9V/4A application and operates in CCM, DCM, and QR modes. Self-powered intelligent detection eliminates external bias supplies or front-end sync signals; adaptive digital algorithms prevent false MOSFET turn-on/off caused by secondary and leakage-inductance resonance. Key specs include -200mV turn-on threshold, 300kHz maximum frequency, ±4kV HBM ESD protection, and -40°C to 150°C junction temperature. For adapter and charger OEMs, this single-chip solution simplifies BOM and boosts efficiency in compact flyback designs.
