CIO, the Japanese charging accessories brand, sells the SMARTCOBY Pro (model SNCPRO-30WTC1A) as a 10,000 mAh power bank with 30 W USB-C PD output and a percentage readout on an LED display. A published teardown of the unit shows how the design is packaged into an enclosure measuring 77.0 mm long, 55.8 mm wide and 26.2 mm thick, with the bare unit weighing 174 g. The product carries PSE certification and ships with a 53.3 cm USB-C to USB-C cable.

The port ratings are 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/2.5A and 15V/2A on USB-C for both input and output, plus a 3.3-11V/3A PPS range, while the USB-A port runs QC3.0 at up to 18W. Dual-port operation is limited to 5V/3A, or 15W total. On the bench the USB-C port delivered 14.63V at 2.16A, a measured 31.56W, and enumerated PD3.0, PPS, QC3+, QC4+, SCP, AFC and FCP.

The battery pack uses two LG INR21700M50T cells rated 5,000 mAh each, paralleled for 10,000 mAh at 3.7V (37 Wh). The pack is wrapped in yellow heat-shrink film, with insulating paper over the welded tabs, an NTC thermistor bonded to the cells, and adhesive foam at the end faces.

The control side is built around an Injoinic IP5386 power-bank SoC in a QFN48 package, integrating a synchronous bidirectional buck-boost stage, gate drivers and PD3.0/PPS, QC and SCP protocol support at up to 45W with 8A charge current. Four CMSEMICON CMS040S030 MOSFETs handle the buck-boost switching and two more of the same part serve as VBUS switches, with an R005 sense resistor for current sensing. Cell protection is an iCM-Semi CM1020-CC two-cell protector driving external ET6200 MOSFETs, and output filtering uses two BERYL 25V 100 uF solid capacitors alongside a 4R7 inductor.
